Southern Scandi

Designed with it’s setting in mind, Southern Scandi sits nestled in Nashville’s 12 South neighborhood. The contemporary design pairs with timeless materials that bring warmth of the tree-covered lot into the dwelling. Ample natural light in this home allowed us to play with some darker finishes to create a visual contrast with some of the warm wood and brass tones throughout the home. The stone cladding is complimented by a deep blue-gray siding, adding a tasteful pop of color on the curb.
