Down To Earth was born in 2023 when we began architectural planning alongside our client and the architect. Our vision for this home was to create a layout that revolved around a central pool courtyard, with views and accessibility to outdoor living from all areas of the home. By dividing the home into 3 wings on the main level, we created both a private primary retreat and private guest suite on opposing sides of the home, bridged by an open and inviting kitchen, dining and living space. The exterior is clad in a warm putty mortar rubbed brick and painted siding accents to give a warm, moody and earthy first impression. The interior materials complement the exterior with their neutral undertones, natural essence and texture. Down To Earth boasts of quiet luxury that invites you to come as you are.
